Welcome to Casa Nino!!
Our villa, Casa Nino, is situated in Salento, Southern Italy.
We are 1 hour drive from Brindisi airport and enjoy a Mediterranean climate.
Casa Nino was once an old tobacco drying house. It has now been fully restored with all mod cons. We have 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) a large living/dining room and a kitchen.
Most of the year is spent outside here and we have built a 60sqm terrace, with classic columns and large outdoor kitchen. Our built-in BBQ is perfect for entertaining on summer nights.We also have two roof terraces with fabulous views of the countryside.
The house is set in nearly 3000sqm of land, mixed grass areas, citrus and fruit trees, large parking area and different covered terraces. Most of the land is vineyard though, that we make our Negromaro wine from. We also have olive trees and press our own olive oil. We have a large vegetable patch, always full of vegetables in season you are welcome to help yourself!
The house has central heating for the winter months with a wood burning stove and ceiling fans for the summer months.
There is also free wireless internet at the house!
