The villa consists of:

2 bedrooms, one double, one twin.
2 bathrooms, one ensuite

The Villa can sleep 5 people by placing an extra single bed/cot in one of the bedrooms. There is also a sofabed in the living room.

We also have free wireless broadband internet for all guests!

Bedrooms

Nino has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom en suite. Design is modern yet retains features including the exposed ‘tufa’ stone wall.

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms have been newly fitted with a luxury hotel feel. One is an en suite with large walk in shower, WC and basin. The other is a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Living Room / Dinning Room

This is equipped with: TV, DVD, stereo system and radio, books, toys and games and books. The traditional wood burning stove or “stufa” is here to warm up winter nights. There are also ceiling fans for the hot summer months.

Kitchen

The kitchen has doors out to the terrace with a window looking down the garden. It is fully equipped with tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, double sink. We do supply the basics such as coffee, salt, pepper, pasta etc.

Outdoor Kitchen

The outdoor kitchen has a sink and plenty of workspace. The BBQ is also here.

Terraces

At Casa Nino we have the main terrace with columns, a roof terrace and two smaller side terraces. Each can be used for different occassions. To watch the sunset or firework displays the roof terrace is perfect. For a morning coffee and cake the side terraces. For entertaining or long Italian lunches the main terrace is ideal.
